LaKritz Adler joint-ventured with the First Baptist Church of Silver Spring to purchase and redevelop the two-acre FBCSS property in the heart of downtown Silver Spring, Maryland. Situated on the southeast corner of Wayne Avenue and Fenton Street, across from the Whole Foods, the Silver Spring Public Library and the Purple Line Metro station, the project will include about 230 residential units and 30,000 square feet of retail, plus a new, state-of-the-art, 45,000 square-foot church, as well as a public plaza and paseo. This project is one of the premiere mixed-use development plans in the DC metro area.
